Keyring Making in Forest School for Reception Children
The children thoroughly enjoyed their final tennis lesson with Miss PB. Tennis has been a real highlight this year, and they have loved learning new skills while developing their hand–eye coordination.
We also had a beautifully sunny, slightly cooler morning in Forest School this week. The children made the most of their time in the woods, showing great concentration as they used hammers and chisels to carefully carve their names into small pieces of wood, an activity they were very proud of.
Miss Coker-Harris and I are so incredibly proud of all the children and everything they have achieved this term. Each and every one of them has grown in confidence, independence, and ability, and it has been wonderful to see their progress over the year. They have brought so much joy, enthusiasm, and curiosity into the classroom every day. We have had a brilliant year filled with learning, laughter, and many special moments that we will all remember fondly. Thank you for your continued support throughout the year, it has made such a difference. We wish you all a wonderful, relaxing summer holiday and look forward to seeing the children continue to flourish as they move on to their next adventure in Year 1.
