Phew! It has been a busy week for us in Reception!  On Tuesday the children were sporting superstars as they showed us their incredible skills during our Sports day. Whether throwing, catching, running or balancing, they approached every activity with enthusiasm, resilience and superb effort. We could not be prouder of them. They especially enjoyed their well-deserved medal cookies after the event!

The excitement continued on Thursday for 'Move up afternoon' where the children were thrilled to spend time with Mrs Jenkins and Mrs Tennant, taking part in Year 1 activities and learning about what they have in store for September.

In our art this week we have explored using charcoals to create amazing koala drawings and in music we have been busy practising our special song for prize giving!
