What a wonderful afternoon we all had before we broke up for half term. 

Following on from the super fun and paint-filled colour run, The Friends of Hazlegrove hosted another brilliant summer fête. The ice cream stall was inundated with hot runners, and the catering team's beautifully boxed cream teas were the perfect way to relax and refuel. The 'Sponge the Teacher' stall went down a storm again, with squeals of delight at being permitted to hurl wet sponges at various staff members. Thanks to all the kind donations of teddies and bottles, and the year 8's stall filled with various creations, there were many happy faces clutching their spoils to take home. Thank you to you all for coming and helping us to raise just under £2000 for the astro project. And a huge thank you to all who contributed to make this such a lovely community event, the epitome of what we stand for at Hazelgrove.
