Mental Health Awareness Week 2026

This year the theme for Mental Health Awareness Week was to 'Take Action'. In assembly the children learnt about what actions they can take to support their own mental health and the small things they can do to make a big difference to their friends wellbeing. It was great to see lots of children 'Taking Action' during breaktimes over the week, with activities such as walks in the woods, crafting, board and card games, doodling and gardening. And the pre-prep and boarding children loved their times with Nelly and Nessie, Mrs Dunnetts therapy lambs. By the end of the week everyone was smiling!
