Year 6 returned to school this term to a wonderful surprise, replies from their pen pals. Before the Christmas holidays, the pupils carefully wrote and sent their festive cards, each one filled with warmest French wishes.

This week, envelopes arrived with thoughtful messages and festive cheer from their pen pals. Pupils shared their responses from their pen pals in class. 

It has been a heart‑warming start to the term, and Year 6 are already looking forward to writing back again soon.
