The Eco Committee kicked off the term with a litter pick. Their original plan had been to collect litter from the Hazlegrove drive, but as there was none to be found (thank you, everyone!), we ventured further afield. To their great excitement, the road to the roundabout was groaning with litter. Although the risk of traffic prevented us from reaching some of the worst‑affected areas, the pupils collected as much as health and safety guidelines allowed and still managed to gather a sizeable haul.
