This week, Year 5 stepped into the shoes of secret agents to kick-start their exciting new topic The Titanic. Tasked by the Cunard Shipping Company, our young spies embarked on a daring mission to uncover rival plans for the world’s most impressive passenger vessel. Under the cover of darkness, they slipped through a door left ajar by their inside mole and secured the detailed specifications of White Star Line’s crown jewel, the Titanic! Working in teams, pupils gathered vital intelligence, which they’ll present to Cunard’s “bosses” next week. Mission accomplished without a trace, a thrilling start to what promises to be an unforgettable term of discovery!
