The children have settled back into routines beautifully, and it has been a joy to see so many happy, smiling faces each day. We have five terrific new children who have joined the class this term, all of whom have loved every minute of their first sessions! The children are being wonderful friends to those who have just started, guiding them around the setting, holding their hands and sharing.

This week, our Forest School adventures have been very exciting. The children became nature explorers as they went on a worm hunt and were thrilled to discover wriggly worms hiding in the soil. There was lots of curiosity, gentle handling and great discussions about where worms live.

Indoors, our Winter Wonderland role-play area has been a big hit. The children have loved exploring the snowy scenes, using their imaginations and acting out different roles, putting on woolly hats and gloves to enhance their wintry games. It has been wonderful to see such creative play and teamwork.

One of the highlights of our mornings has been the Good Morning Train. Everyone is now loud and proud, singing along with big smiles and fantastic voices!
