Year 5 shaped and fried off their very own homemade Welsh cakes in Food Technology this week. The classroom was filled with the warm aroma of butter and spice as pupils carefully turned their cakes in the pan. Using traditional ingredients, they produced a very tasty classic which met with their full approval. Here’s to more great bakes!
