Our boarders enjoyed a wonderfully full and varied Sunday! The day began with a delicious full English breakfast, which set everyone up perfectly for the morning ahead. Energised and ready for action, the children took part in a range of morning activities, including Nerf wars, conkers, and baking. There was plenty of laughter, teamwork, and friendly competition as everyone got stuck in. Throughout the day, excitement continued to build with our ongoing Tennis Tournament and Mario Kart Championship. Matches and races were fiercely contested, and the atmosphere reached a peak in the afternoon when the finals were played in front of the whole boarding community. The cheering crowd and fantastic sportsmanship made for a brilliant spectacle. Later in the afternoon, we enjoyed some chilled time outdoors, with boarders choosing between hockey, bike and scooter rides, swimming, or simply playing in the woods with friends. It was lovely to see everyone relaxing and enjoying the late afternoon sunshine together. We rounded off the day with chapel, a reflective and calm end to a busy day, followed by a delicious roast lamb dinner , the perfect Sunday treat. It was a wonderful day of fun, friendship, and community spirit within boarding.
