We couldn’t have been luckier with the weather on Friday for the Year 3 cookout. The children worked together happily to create a safety poster. The poster helped the children to understand the need to be safe and sensible when cooking outside. In groups the children cooked their own tasty supper of sausages, baked beans and jacket potatoes. The cookout came to an end with the roasting of marshmallows around the fire pit and singing some jolly songs.
