The first Hazlegrove Park Run '15 Mile' awards this term

The Hazlegrove Park Run is a 1.8km parkland running course that takes place every Tuesday and Thursday lunchtime at 12:45pm.

Boys and Girls from Year 3 to 8 come along and change into PE kit and run the beautiful course. The pupils attendances are noted and they receive a milestone token for the accumulation of runs at 15, 30, 40 and the final reward of a special momento HzG ParkRun T-Shirt for anyone that runs 50 runs across the academic year.

It is a great opportunity for pupils to improve their overall fitness or just take time out of the classroom and enjoy the peace and tranquility that a run outside in the parkland can bring.
