This term, Year 4 are designing and making a desk-tidy.
During this project the children have been investigating modelling/prototyping (and James Dyson's infamous 5000 models) as an important part of the design process.
Year 4 have been modelling in blue foam to develop their designs then using the new Hegner Saws to cut out intricate shapes.
