Flexi Boarding

Boarding is a wonderful part of life at Hazlegrove and is at the heart of all that we do - flexi boarding offers our day children in Years 3 to 8 the chance to become part of that community and get the very most from everything that Hazlegrove has to offer.

Children can flexi board from Year 3 and we have plenty of children throughout the year groups who flexi between one and four nights per week. Children who flexi board on a regular basis have the same bed each week to ensure that they feel at home and to minimise any disruption to the dorms. 

When the school day ends it is home time at Hazlegrove for all of our boarders! 

In addition to the huge range of clubs that all children take part in after school, there is also a terrific choice of evening activities for the boarders including touch rugby, playing on bikes and scooters, football, rollerblading, swimming, Art and DT projects, Lego, rounders, crafts and woodland games to name but a few!

The children have every opportunity to enjoy the Hazlegrove site to the full and to call it home. They can flexi boarding during the week and also weekends when they join full boarders for the weekend programme which often includes trips such as bowling, going for walks and picnics, fishing in Lyme Regis as well as sightseeing to local attractions such as Wookey Hole.
