Our final Friday night concert of the term
It is the end of the term and a huge number of children learning instruments came to perform in our Friday night concert. The quality and refinement in their playing and singing is really starting to shine through at this point in the term and I am very impressed.
I was particularly delighted to see so much chamber music forming now as the children become more confident and find enjoyment in working together. The positive attitude towards performing here is wonderful to behold and the children become more robust in performance technique as the term has developed. It has been a fantastic term for music - solo performances every week in concerts and every assembly with over 200 children participating in musical performances.
