The final concert of the year...

After the excitement of the Year 8 Soloists concerts it is perhaps fitting that the last concert of term should be one of our regular Friday concerts where everyone has the opportunity to put their name forward to perform.  There were wonderful performances from the children just going to show that they truly do benefit from the regularity with which they are able put themselves in the limelight.

It is with great sadness we say goodbye to Mrs Fawbert at the end of this term.  We thank her wholeheartedly for all she has done for the children and the music at Hazlegrove and all the concerts she has arranged during the 11 years she has been with us.  We wish her well as she moves on to pastures new and we look forward to welcoming Miss Sayles as our new Director of Music in September.
