A fantastic joint concert for Hazlegrove and King's Bruton

The King’s Bruton Joint Concert is always a highlight for us here at Hazlegrove and we look forward to it with great anticipation.

This year all our pupils really enjoyed and relished the opportunity to perform with some of the older children at King’s. Displaying a range of repertoire and featuring some new groups (Flute Group) we thoroughly enjoyed performing in King’s Memorial Hall. Peripatetic teachers from Hazlegrove added an extra dimension to our choral works especially the 'Jungle Book Medley' and it was particularly impressive to see our Hazlegrovians playing in the King’s Symphony Orchestra, Jazz Band and Military Band as well as singing in a massed joint choir.

We really look forward to the next joint event in the Summer Term as part of a joint choral evening held with King’s.
