Pre-School started the week with our lovely grandparents’ tea. The children enjoyed joining in with different craft activities and singing some of their favourite songs to their grandparents.

We explored the school grounds as shape detectives to discover all the different shapes we could find. The children matched their shapes as soon as they found them, some in very unlikely places!

Torches on, the children entered our dark tent to meet the nocturnal animals we have been learning about. They sat among owls, badgers, bats, foxes, and hedgehogs. We then painted our very own bats, which are now hanging upside down in the classroom.

Our rehearsals are in full swing for our Nativity; the children have been busy singing and getting to know the story.
