This week, our Year 2 children embarked on a delightful writing journey as they explored the art of postcard writing! 

After a lively brainstorming session filled with imaginative ideas the children teamed up with their friends to draft their very own postcards. They discussed what makes a postcard special - short, friendly messages that share a moment or memory, and practiced writing with purpose and creativity.

Working collaboratively, they helped each other refine their drafts, offering suggestions and encouragement. It was wonderful to see their confidence grow as they shared stories and adventures!

The final postcards were full of personality, thoughtful details, and joyful expressions. We are so proud of their efforts and teamwork!
