Pre-School Try Out Their Listening Ears
Pre-School started the week busily chopping, cooking and whizzing up apples for their little jars of homemade apple and cinnamon sauce ready to take home to have on their porridge or yogurt.
We then headed out around the grounds wearing our listening ears. The children all managed to hear lots of wonderful environmental sounds from the birds singing, aeroplane's, the older children in their classrooms and even the sprinkler on the pitches.
We have spent a wonderful morning in Forest School making a scarecrow ready for Harvest. The children have all been busy practising their songs ready to perform next week.
Pre- School have really enjoyed our daily singing sessions with our singing apron learning lots of new songs a particular favourite, 'Tell Me the Continents'.
