Year 3 Magnet Games

The Year 3 classrooms buzzed with excitement this week as they welcomed the Year 2 children to explore magnetism. Both Year 3 classes have been working diligently over the past few weeks, learning about the fascinating world of magnetism in science and applying their knowledge to design interactive and educational games. The games ranged from simple magnetic mazes and puzzles to more complex challenges that tested the Year 2 students' understanding of magnetic forces. It was great to see the Year 3 children taking on the role of mentors, guiding their younger friends through the games and explaining the science. The Year 2 children were enthusiastic about the games and eager to learn more about magnetism. We are very proud of the Year 3 children for their hard work and creativity; they seemed so grown up in their roles as mentors!
