Year 4 Had Great Fun At Their Campout

The Year 4s unrolled their sleeping bags and enjoyed a fantastic evening camping out in the school grounds on Friday night.

We began by setting up our camp, putting up our tents in pairs, and playing some forest games. We then set about cooking our supper – delicious jacket potatoes with Bolognese sauce and salad. Yum!  We then had great fun around the campfire, singing songs and telling jokes. Of course, some hot chocolate and marshmallows were enjoyed along the way! They all spent some time in tents before lights out and everyone fell asleep to the sounds of owls hooting in the nearby woods. All the boys and girls were brilliant company and did a great job on their camp out! Well done Year 4.
