Year 3 Have Been Deep in Thought and Creativity for Their Diversity Project

Year 3 children have been exploring the beauty and diversity of the world in which they live.

We enjoyed collecting a range of portraits of people from a wealth of backgrounds, celebrating faiths, abilities, and ages. Cutting the portraits into quarters we then rebuilt the portraits showing the depth and diversity that surrounds us all. This acted as the introduction to both our pastel portraits and our poetry work. The children showed great care, respect, and curiosity as they began to look more carefully at their global community.
