Congratulations To Our Equestrian Team On Their Amazing Results At NSEA!
On Saturday the Hazlegrove riding team headed for Moreton Equestrian Centre and the NSEA (National Schools Equestrian Association) Regional Grassroots Finals.
We had previously qualified a school team for both the 60cm and 70cm classes.
The team consisted of Grace, Alice, Zahra and Alfie. In Class 3 the 60cm class – all four riders rode superbly and jumped fast double clears – we finished a brilliant 2nd overall as a team and Grace finished 3rd individually.
In the 70cm class, again they all rode such wonderful rounds – accurate, fast and very determined. Their competitive natures all shone through! The Hazlegrove team won this class and were in fact the only school team to finish on zero faults. Grace was again placed individually – 4th this time.
A wonderful afternoon for our riders, who all did so well.
