The Hazlegrove Charity Auction is now live!

The Friends of Hazlegrove are thrilled to be kicking off the 2022 Charity Auction in style…Harry Styles to be specific!  The first two Lots going live are VIP Wembley Experiences for 11 to Harry Styles (Sunday 19 June) and Coldplay (Saturday 20 August).  More Lots will be launched shortly, as well as an incredible Raffle, but Friends wanted to give anyone interested in these concerts enough time to start planning. Proceeds from the Auction will support the Friends of Hazlegrove, and two incredible charities Hope and Homes for Children and Mind Somerset.

The VIP Wembley Experience

Truly a 5 star experience, you will be given convenient onsite parking for three vehicles and will beat the queues with fast track entrance and exit. 

Your party of up to 11 will have access to some incredible views of Wembley Stadium from your very own VIP Box, with comfortable seating inside, as well as an outside balcony with seating allowing you to soak in all the atmosphere of the Stadium whilst surrounded by creature comforts. 

Complimentary beers, wines and prosecco are served from 3 hours before the event and during the event itself.  Your own private chef will cook a three-course meal and there will be snacks available throughout the evening should you need to recharge the batteries. These nights really will be incredibly special and the perfect way to celebrate a special birthday, anniversary, or simply a fantastic night out with friends and family.

Lot 1  Harry Styles VIP Wembley Experience for 11 people on Sunday 19 June.  This lot will close on Friday 27 May.

Lot 2  Coldplay VIP Wembley Experience for 11 people on Saturday 20 August.  This lot will go to sealed bids before the Ball on Saturday 18th June before being part of the live Auction during the evening of the Ball.

There are a few tickets still available for the Ball - it promises to be an amazing evening with parents from every year group attending. If you would like to join a table with a specific year group just let us know and we can help. It’s our first ball in five years so don’t miss out! Champagne reception, delicious meal by Home Table Dining, exciting auction, live music by 29fingers, a photobooth by properbooth, cocktails, champagne, wine and beer.
