A day of adventure for Year 3 at Corfe Castle.
Year 3 have been studying medieval castles as part of their History curriculum. It was with eagerness that they boarded the minibus to take them to see a real castle down at Corfe. The children had a great time listening to the Castle Guide who explained the various features of the buildings and told them what castle life would have been like back in the days when Corfe Castle was in its prime.
The weather wasn't at its best, but who needs good weather when you have a perfectly exciting castle to climb around.
