Amazing News For The Library

Despite children having limited access to our wonderful library, they have still managed to read over 82 million words and taken 2000 quizzes.

Our amazing librarian, Mrs Keeping has kept children fully supplied with daily book deliveries to their classrooms.

Our Stars of the Year  are one wonderful Lampson family who have read 20 million words between them. How amazing is that?

Chilli Challenge

Year 6 are literally flying with our Chilli Challenge competition that we are running this term. They are working together as a group aiming to reach ‘Carolina Reaper’ for which you need to read 14 million words and as an individual challenge 2 million words.

6P2 and 6P4 are out in front at present but we do have three pupils who have reached the 2 million + status, they are:

Grace L  5J, Alfie L 6P2 and Ricci G 6P4

Well done guys, you are truly amazing readers.

Lower School Millionaires

Just in this term, we have five-word millionaires. A huge well done to:

-Oliver E, Oliver D, Wilbur L, Indigo E all from Year 3, and Sacha from Year 4.
