Headmaster's visitors parking signYou are most welcome to make an appointment to visit the school and also to come along to one of our Open Mornings.  Your children are of course welcome too, but you may prefer to make your first visit alone and return to show the children around at a later date.

The Headmaster, his wife or a senior member of staff will usually show you around the school. At this point you will have the opportunity to meet pupils and staff. You will also be able to look around a boarding house if you wish to do so.

Please telephone Sarah-Jane, Admissions Assistant, or Fiona O'Neill, Head of Admissions, on +44 (0)1963 442606, or click here to arrange a visit or to request a prospectus.

To experience the real atmosphere at Hazlegrove, we urge you to visit during term time. Please click here to see our term dates.

You have a wonderful school, and we both noticed how happy all the children looked, it sounds a cliché but it was true. For a Friday afternoon, each class we went into the children were smiling, relaxed and engaged.

Open Mornings

These are held each term, on a weekday and on a Saturday. They are a chance to see the school at work rather than on show. You will have the opportunity to meet the Headmaster and some staff and you will be shown around by a senior pupil. For details of times and dates please see the Open Mornings page of our website or contact the Admissions Office, tel: 01963 442606.

If you would like to come and watch one of our many concerts, plays or sports matches you are most welcome to do so. However, please telephone the School Office (01963 440314) or the Admissions Office (01963 442606) to let us know if you are planning to attend an event so we can confirm timings and locations and availability of seats for the few events which are ticketed.

Availability of places

Places are still available for September 2017.  Do please call the admissions office on 01963 442606 for more information.
