Year 5 have been looking at the properties of different materials. We have spent time examining a variety of objects and learning about their physical properties and how they interact with one another. To extend our learning, we explored 'bounciness' as a property that can be measured.

Using a range of different balls, we measured their bounciness to determine which was the bounciest. We were surprised by the results, with the golf ball coming out on top and out-bouncing the clear favourite, the lava ball.
