Water Park Fun for the Boarders

Prep school life is busy and a Sunday at Hazlegrove is no different.

The boarding community saw children head off to a Biathle at Leweston, some to an Athletics match in Taunton and the rest…well, we decided to take it a little easier. After a delicious full-English breakfast, and Chapel, we boarded a coach and headed towards Corfe Castle.

In the shadow of the castle lies the Dorset Water Park – two lakes with huge inflatables! We arrived and after our picnic lunch, we fitted our wetsuits and headed off for an hour of pure unadulterated fun! The children had an absolute ball and the staff (and instructors) saw plenty of spectacular fails! I think the adults will struggle to put on their socks tomorrow morning! After a nibble and a drink on the grass, we headed back to school for a spot of free time, letter writing and a scrumptious roast dinner.
