Additional information and policies available

Prospective parents should be aware that policies and information which relate to the following are available on request from the school office:

• discipline and exclusions
• provision for pupils with statements
• provision for pupils for whom English is an additional language
• curriculum
• anti-bullying
• health and safety on school visits
• rewards and sanctions
• academic performance in the previous school year
• complaints procedure
• the number of formal complaints in the previous school year
• procedure for pre-prep pupils not being collected at the appointed time
• procedure for pupils off site without permission
• list of staff including temporary staff and qualifications. 

Please be aware that much of the information which relates to these policies is included in documentation which is sent out to parents either upon joining the school or on an annual basis. These include the calendar, the Guide to Hazlegrove and the other Parents’ Guides. 

Currently, information and policies are available in printed format. During the academic year, we will be making much of this information available to parents via the parent portal on the website.
