The Smallest Angel – our Pre-Prep Nativity Play
This year the Pre-Prep performed a traditional Christmas Nativity with a difference! In the play, entitled 'The Smallest Angel', God sends his Angels around the world to find a special place for his son's birth. Angels travelled to North America, Hawaii, Spain, Scotland and China but the smallest Angel was too tired and fell asleep in a stable.
Year 1 and 2 performed the dances and every child in Year 2 had a speaking part. The Reception children completed the stable scene with Mary and Joseph and some wonderful cows, sheep, donkeys and dogs.
The children had all had been working on their parts in Music, Dance and Drama and the production itself was brought together in the last few weeks.
It really was a spectacular performance, with the theatre packed with family and friends!
