Year 3 trip to Gore Farm in Trent

Year 3 enjoyed an exciting morning down at Gore Farm despite the drizzle. The children made the most of the opportunity to explore a range of local crops and took soil samples which links to their geography work here at school.
The visit ended by exploring the exciting range of animals on the farm.
As always, much was learnt about the beautiful countryside we live in.
