Boarders ventured out to explore the woodland walks at Lytes Cary this weekend. Much fun was had den building, playing on the ropes and swing.

Miss Rudd's nature photography competitions and scavenger hunt were extremely popular; the children made brilliant use of the cameras and captured plenty of inspiring images. Judging the pictures was difficult but prizes were awarded to the top three photos.

The afternoon was spent at the Fleet Air Arm Museum; the children were able to experience what is was like below the deck of an air craft carrier and a particular highlight was walking through the Concorde. The Merlin exhibition was enjoyed by most of the senior boys, as the chance to simulate a flight in a real helicopter excited them.

Back at school, Miss Richardson baked biscuits, a Nerf war took place in the sports hall and some enjoyed a leisurely swim.
