A fabulous effort from our athletes at the King’s Taunton Festival

Hazlegrove pupils enjoyed tremendous success on a glorious afternoon at the King’s Taunton Athletics Festival on Sunday. They participated in a wide range of events including shot put, discuss, high jump, long jump, triple jump, hurdles and the various running events.
The children were delighted to return to school with 29 medals. There were 15 gold medals including the senior boys’ and girls’ relays, 7 silver medals and 7 bronze including the U12 girls’ relay.
Very well done everyone and thank you for giving up your time on a Sunday to take part in this event.
